Maceo Spice & Import
Located in the up-and-coming West Market district, Maceo Spice & Import is well-known by locals for their mouthwatering Muffuletta, packed with ham, salami, provolone and their homemade olive salad. You may need to order the quarter- or half-size because this sandwich is no joke! While you’re there, take some time to browse their huge assortment of spices, olive oils and more.

Trattoria La Vigna
Get a little slice of Italy right here in Galveston with Trattoria La Vigna. Food lovers revel in this eatery’s home-style recipes that are made with fresh pasta made daily! Owners Sal and Pina Ruggieri feature crowd-favorites, including spaghetti alla contadina, linguini and clam sauce, seafood risotto, and ravioli di pesce. And for the carnivore? The Veal scaloppini al funghi, pork sausage and polenta, chicken parmesan, zuppa di pesce, and spiendini di gamberi alla griglia all sing.
